Kathy
Aparo-Griffin, the Owner/Broker, is a long time Central Florida
resident and has lived in Florida since 1974 and DeLand since
1992. She and her husband have two children: Billy and Isabella.
Although Kathy has been local Real Estate top producer for several
years, Real Estate is not her only talent. The name "Kathy
Aparo" may be familiar to many Central Florida residents.
Kathy has been a local and national on-air talent since 1986.
In Orlando she was Middays on some of the highest rated radio
stations including: Magic 107.7, WJRR 101.1 and Power 105.9.

Texas. After a brief time on the Gulf Coast, and a not so brief
time in Ft. Lauderdale, Cathy and her husband, Frank moved to
DeLand. The setting was so perfect for enjoying their favorite
outdoor activities - boating and biking, and it's convenient
location to Daytona as well as Orlando, Cathy received her Florida
Real Estate license in 2005 after 17 years in the medical field.
