Having purchased and sold two homes as an investor through Kathy Aparo-Griffin in 2009 and 2010 ,and being no stranger to the market ,( I have been buying ,selling ,had long term rentals and still hold commercial property as a side line for 30 years ) I was instantly impressed when I first met her and her staff . Kathy and her staff are go getters ,they work hard for you , when you walk into their office you won't find any of them lounging around .Her office has a family feel to it ,you can tell they all love what they do ,her desk is filled with deals going on ,the phone is ringing off the hook and she is going non stop all day in the field and in the office .She didn't put me on the MLS auto email list for homes to buy as other Realtors did ,she took me out ,found the homes and closed the deals ,after the fix up was over and realizing the market was still heading south ,I called her ,told her to get rid of them ASAP and within a month of each listing she had cash buyers purchasing AS IS .She also steered my brother into a new home in 2008 and saved him around 30K as the developer was trying to fill out a new community .Kathy Aparo and her assistant Shannon were and will be in the future a pleasure to work with ,she is honest ,hard working and has a true interest in helping her clients find what they are looking for and guide them every step of the way .I always recommend her to people looking to buy or sell ,you will not be disappointed .…

Good morning Kathy and Carisa!!

Home renovationsare underway! I've been painting for 3 days straight, Lon's been tilling non-stop, and the kids have been enjoying their new playground. Meanwhile, no can tabs have been swallowed during the process. Your and Carissa were wonderful during the home buying process. I've always heard horror stories of Realtors finding you a house and not hearing from them untils it's time to get the keys. The both of you hung in there for my famiily and made sure that the we closed on our house on time (even when my loan originator dropped the ball). Wow! I am a first time home buyer and Kathy was my Realtor. From the first time my family met Kathy, we felt we had known her for years (like she was a friend of the family). All we can say, is Kathy Aparo and her assistant definitely get the job done. From the time we made an offer, until the time she handed over the keys, she was on top of everything. Even more importanntly, when my loan originator dropped the ball, she fought that my closing happened in the time frame the bank specified.
